As we have mentioned here before, we love the wines of Gerard Bertrand, probably France’s leading advocate for biodynamic practices. His apparently boundless energy has lead him also to take action during the current crises, as part of a campaign he’s calling the French Wine Revolution.

Bertrand’s approachable and delicious Cote des Roses.

Next up, on July 14th (Bastille Day—get it?), he is helping host a free fundraiser on Facebook Live to benefit World Central Kitchen, “which uses the power of food to heal and strengthen communities through times of crisis and beyond.”

You can register here.

We’ll add more details as we have them; meantime, prepare for the tasting portion of the event by getting your hands on some of his Cote des Roses wine—available at retailers and on Wine.com.
